What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 pm. Check-out is by 11:00 am.
When do I get my door code?
Our booking system sends it to you automatically before your arrival, using the contact details you book with. Make sure your email and phone number are correct when you book.
I didn't get my code. What do I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, call or text 226-840-6727 and we'll sort it out.
Does my code work after check-out?
No. Your code is set for your stay only.
Where do I park?
Parking is free. Call 226-840-6727 if you are not sure where to park.
